Answered By Niles Hanssen, Editor

The top speed of a Nascar car varies on the race track where it runs. For instance, on the Talladega Superspeedway, where the top speed is at 212 miles per hour set by Bill Elliot in 1988. In the Infenion raceway, the top speed is recorded to be at 99 miles per hour.
